When we were last Copenhagen we had a chance to meet up with Andreas, the owner of Loop tours.  Not only is he a super nice guy, he offers a great way to explore the city!  He also has a video for those not experienced with riding a Christiania yet.  There is a little learning curve to riding a bike like this and Andreas breaks it down for you.
