Christiania Bike delivery
  • Because Christiania Bikes are large and expensive to ship, all sales of bikes are final. If your bike is damaged in shipping or has any defects upon delivery, please contact us immediately. New, unused accessories can be returned within 30 days. Contact us at hey@christianiabikesamerica.com if you have any issues with your order
  • In stock bikes are available for in store pick-up, and delivery within the San Francisco and Monterey Bay area for $150. In stock bikes can be shipped to destinations within the continental US and Canada for an additional fee and usually takes 5-7 business days from the time it leaves our shop.  A driver will call you before your delivery day to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Your bike is shipped or delivered fully-assembled. Unpack it and inspect it carefully before riding. 
  • Special order and custom bikes are available and can be added to our next container order or shipped directly from the factory. Email us at hey@christianiabikesamerica.com for a shipping quote.
  • Accessories will be shipped out ASAP and will arrive via parcel or USPS service. Accessories that are not in stock will be shipped directly from the factory-please allow for up to two weeks for delivery.
  • During the Covid-19 crisis almost every aspect of global commerce has been disrupted, most notably shipping. This, combined with an increased interest in cycling, has affected the availability of almost everything necessary to make a bike. During normal times, typical lead time for factory orders is 8-12 weeks. During these abnormal times, lead times could be longer.
